Diet revolution bread(12 slices)Ingredients:2 eggs3 drops of sweetener2 tablespoons cottage cheese(or cream cheese)2 tablespoons soya flour

How to prepare:Preheat the oven to 160°C/310°F.Grease a small bread baking pan with oil.Separate the eggs and beat the egg yolks with a fork.Beat the egg whites to peaks with the sweetener.Combine egg yolks and cheese and fold the beaten egg whites in.Fold the sifted soya flour carefully into the mixture.Pour/spoon the mixture in the bread baking pan.Bake the bread 30 minutes at 160°C/310°F and the last 30 minutes at 150°C/300°F (use an oven thermometer).Cut the bread, when cooled, in 12 slices.
