Peanut butter beef kebab(± 40 pcs)Ingredients:500 gr mixed ground beef and porkbreadcrumbs3 large tablespoons peanut butter2 tablespoons garlic powder3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce2 tablespoons sambal

Preparation in advance:Mix all ingredients well to a firm mixture .(The ingredients can be added at flavour: The sambal gets milder when done).Let the mixture rest for at least an hour.How to prepare:Soak wooden skewers for at least 30 minutes.Take lumps groundbeef, the size of a golf ball, and roll into cigar-shape.Thread to the skewers .Grill the peanut groundbeef kebabs 12 minutes.Delicious with sate peanut sauce.
