Pan pizza

1 slice white bread
soft butter
Possible garnish:
smoked or cooked ham
cheese
feta
tomato
deep fried onion
mushrooms
bell pepper
pineapple
etc.

How to prepare:
Butter the bread on both sides.
Heat a frying pan and fry one side of the bread golden brown.
Lower the heat as low as possible and turn the bread.
Garnish the brown side of the bread for example with:
- Cooked ham, pineapple, cheese and parsley for a bread pizza Hawaii
- Tomato, smoked ham, mushrooms and cheese
- Fried smoked streaky bacon or bacon with cheese
- Tomato, fried onion, garlic, parsley and cheese for a tasty, vegetarian bread pizza
- smoked ham, melon and mozzarella
Place a cover on the pan until the cheese has melted.
