How to prepare:
If you don't have sausages: Soak 1 slice crustless bread in the milk, mash it and mix well with the ground beef. Sprinkle some flour on a working surface. Divide the ground beef in 8-12 pieces, make rolls and coat these with the flour
.
Butter the remaining 4 slices white bread on both sides, half or quarter the tomatoes.
Put the white beans in a sauce pan and heat over low heat.
Fry the sausages in little butter. Add after 5 minutes bacon and tomatoes, fry 5 minutes.
Bake the eggs with little salt in another pan.
Arrange tomato, bacon, sausages, white beans and eggs on 4 plates and bake the bread in a dry frying pan very fast golden brown on both sides.
Half the slices bread diagonally and place 2 pieces on each plate
.
Serve the breakfast with tea and a glass orange juice.
Place optional roasted bread, butter and marmalade on the table.
