Garlic naan

2 teaspoons dried yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
1.8 dl
warm water
375 gr flour

salt
60 gr
ghee (butter)
2 tablespoons yogurt
extra ghee
5 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons parsley

Preparation in advance:
Mix yeast, sugar and lukewarm water in a bowl. Place the bowl 10 minutes at a warm spot.
Sift the flour and salt in another bowl. Make a little hole in the middle and add the ghee, yoghurt and the yeast mixture. Mix and knead the dough 10 minutes on a flour dusted working surface
till smooth. Let rise in a greased and covered bowl for 1 hour at a warm place or till the dough has doubled.
How to prepare:
Preheat the oven to 180°C/360°F.
Knead the dough 1 minute on a flour dusted working surface.
Divide it in four pieces and each 1/4th piece in 8.
Roll each piece dough to a circle of 7 cm and place on a greased baking sheet. Coat the pieces of dough with melted ghee and sprinkle with squeezed garlic and chopped parsley.
Bake the naan bread 5-8 minutes.
