Tosti Hawaii (Topped toasted sandwich)

Butter both slices of bread on one side with little butter.

Put on one buttered side the ham and the pineapple. Garnish with little parsley.

Cover with the cheese and finally the other slice of bread with the greased side in.

Heat the toast and grill iron (or use a covered baking pan) and grill the tosti until it's golden brown and the cheese has melted.

Serve with tomato ketchup or curry sauce.

Variations:

- For a regular filled grilled sandwich: use only ham and cheese.

- Replace the pineapple with banana and sprinkle with little icing sugar.

- Garnish with cheese and strawberry jelly (also great in a pita bun !).

- Use herb cheese or nettle cheese instead of normal cheese.
