How to prepare:Make a batter of flour and water.Wrap the cheese slice from one angle in the egg roll skin and fold while rolling the empty sides over the cheese-roll. Stick all edges together well with little batter.Repeat (with the same cheese-roll) with the second egg roll skin.Make 4 cheese-rolls.Fry in hot oil until the cheese egg rolls are golden brown.(If the cheese pops out while frying: remove from the oil immediately.)
