Chicken Tikka kebab(25-30 pcs)Ingredients:750 gr chicken breast1/4 onion2 garlic cloves1 tablespoon fresh ginger2 tablespoons lemon juice3 teaspoons coriander3 teaspoons cumin3 teaspoons garam masala100 ml yogurtsalt

How to prepare:Soak wooden skewers at least 1 hour in cold water.Cut the chicken in cubes of 2 cm.Mix chopped onion, squeezed garlic, grated ginger, lemon juice and herbs well in a kitchen machine.Put the mixture in a bowl and add while stirring the yoghurt and salt.Thread 4 pieces chicken to each skewer and place the skewers in an oven dish.Rub the chicken with the yogurt mixture.Place the kebabs, covered, a couple of hours (better overnight) in the fridge.
Roast, broil or grill the tikka kebabs well done in 10-15 minutes.
