Chicken drumsticks or wings

Ingredients:

750 gr convert conversiondrumsticks or wings

sweet soy sauce

chicken spices

(butter or margarine)

How to prepare:

Coat the drumsticks or wings well with sweet soy sauce and sprinkle firm with chicken spices. Fry 20 minutes (wings) to 30 minutes (drumsticks) in a covered pan or roast or broil in the oven.

Turn regular till entirely brown.

 

For use on the barbecue it is advisable to cook first (in the oven approximately 30-40 minutes on 140°C/280°F) and grill/brown on the barbeque later.

You just have to grill the chicken hot and brown photo recipe.
