Shrimp buns(24 pcs)Ingredients:24 large peeled shrimps1 teaspoon fish spices4 slices puff pastry1 tablespoon flour3 slices smoked ham2 tablespoons milk

How to prepare:Mix the cleaned shrimps or prawns with the fish spices.Thaw the slices puff pastry, sprinkle on both sides with flour to prevent sticking to the rolling pin and roll lenghtwise till the slice is 1.5 times as long. Half each slice lenghtwise and divide each half in 3 pieces. Tear each slice ham in 8 pieces.Preheat the oven to 225°C/440°F (fan oven 200°C/395°F).Grease a baking pan and dust with flour.Put a piece ham and a shrimp on each bit puff pastry and wet the edges a little.Fold the packets like an envelope .Put the buns with the seam down on the baking sheet, coat with little milk and bake the shrimp buns 15 minutes .
