Lime shrimps(24 pcs)Ingredients:12 sugar canes (canned) (or skewers)48 very large shrimps4 tablespoons lime juice

How to prepare:Half the sugar canes lenghtwise.Peel, clean and devein the shrimps.Threads 2 shrimps to each cane (make with a skewer a little hole in the shrimps).
Coat the shrimps well with lime juice and grill or broil in oven or barbecue in about 2-3 minutes on both sides well done.Drizzle with the lime.
