How to prepare:Beat, in a small bowl, a fluffy sauce of vinegar, mustard, oil, lemon grater, chopped parsley, salt and pepper.Wash the sharons and cut each in 8-12 segments (not entirely cut through, the bottom stays attached). Unfold the sharons on 4 (oven) plates to a flower.Place in the middle of each flower an 1 cm thick slice goat cheese.Melt the cheese under a hot grill or broiler just before serving.Divide the sauce over the fruit or give separate.
