Spicy meatballs(± 20 pcs)Ingredients:300 gr mixed ground beef and porkbreadcrumbs2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce4 tablespoons sweet chili sauce2 garlic cloves

Preparation in advance:Press the garlic cloves or chop very small.Mix all ingredients.Add as many breadcrumbs till you've got a firm mixture.Let the beef mixture rest 15 minutes.How to prepare:Roll 20 small meatballs and fry in a frying pan or in a deep fryer until they are golden brown or thread to soaked skewers for the barbecue.Serve the spicy meatballs with sweet chili sauce or garlic sauce.
