How to prepare:Cut meat in very thin strips, the bell pepper in small strips and add at flavour shoarma spices (about a tablespoon for 250 gr meat) .Add optional some sliced spring onion .
Fill a toasted pitta bun with lettuce and grilled or fried shawarma.
Top with lots of garlic sauce.
