Preparation in advance:
Roast the sesame seed in a dry pan over low heat.
Shake the pan continuously back and forth.
Put the seeds, when starting to jump, in a pestle and crush.
Stir sesame seed, squeezed garlic clove, peeled and grated ginger, soy sauce, ricewine and brown sugar in a bowl till the sugar is dissolved. Place the steaks in a shallow bowl. Spoon the marinade over the steaks and let
marinate about 1 hour.
How to prepare:
Grill or fry each side of the steaks 4-6 minutes.
Place the steaks after grilling, wrapped in aluminium foil, about 5 minutes in a preheated baking oven of 100°C/210°F to let the juices redistribute.
Cut the meat diagonally in strips, put the strips on plates and sprinkle with some marinate. Garnish with sliced spring onion and serve with steamed rice and the rest of the marinate.
