Marinated mushrooms with chili pepperIngredients:750 gr mushrooms5 dl olive oil2 tablespoons lemon juice1 garlic clove1/4 teaspoon caster sugar1 red chili pepper1 green chili pepper
1 tablespoon fresh coriander1 tablespoon fresh parsleysalt

How to prepare:Rub the mushrooms clean with kitchen paper, remove stem and put in a bowl.Mix oil, lemon juice, chopped garlic, sugar and chopped peppers.Pour over the mushrooms and stir well.Cover the bowl with plastic foil and let the mushrooms rest at room temperature for at least 30 minutes, stir now and then.Add, just before serving, the chopped herbs. Season with little salt and stir well.
