Stuffed mushroomsIngredients:4 giant mushrooms(portabello)50-100 gr ground beef1 onion1/2 teaspoon paprika powder1/2 teaspoon garlic powder1/2 teaspoon parsley2 tablespoons grated cheeselittle butter |

How to prepare:Whipe the mushrooms clean.Remove the stalks from the portabellos and chop the stalks.Chop the onion and fry with the chopped stalks about 10 minutes.Let cool and mix with ground beef, paprika powder, garlic powder, 1.5 tablespoons grated cheese and parsley.Fill the mushrooms with the mixture and sprinkle the rest of the cheese over.Melt the butter in a large frying pan over low heat and place the mushrooms in the pan. Cover the pan and simmer over low heat simmer for 15-20 minutes.Serve hot.
