soft butter

sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
salt
3 eggs (150 gr)
150 gr flour

How to prepare:
Grease the cake can and dust with little flour.
Preheat the oven to 160°C/310°F (fan oven 150°C/300°F).
Beat the butter with the sugar, the vanilla sugar and the salt with the mixer soft and creamy. Add the eggs one by one. Add the next egg when the previous egg has been well taken. Mix until the sugar
is dissolved.
Sift the flour. Fold (mixed with pieces apple) with a wooden spoon into the butter mass. Spoon the batter in the cake can (fill not higher than 3/4)
.
Bake the cake golden brown in 1-1,5 hour.
Cover the cake, optional, the first 1/2 hour with a piece of aluminium foil.
The cake is ready when a barbecue pen or needle comes out dry.
Let the cake cool in the can a little, turn on a wire rack and let cool completly
