Kings breadIngredients:300 gr sugar300 gr butter or margarine350 gr flour
1 egg300 gr roughly ground mixed nuts100 gr chopped candied lemon100 gr pearl sugar3 tablespoons whipping cream

How to prepare:Preheat the oven to 200°C/395°F (fan oven 180°C/360°F).Make a firm dough of butter, sugar and flour and roll to 1/2 cm thick on greased and flour dusted baking sheet.Make in a sauce pan a mixture of the remaining ingredients and heat a little (do not cook). Spread the mixture over the cake.Bake the kings bread 10-15 minutes.Cut, immediately after baking, in squares.
