Preparation in advance:
Sift flour and baking powder on a work area, make a hole in the middle and break the egg in the hole.
Combine the egg with little flour.
Sprinkle the sugar over.
Cut the cold butter in small pieces into the flour and knead, with cool hands, quickly to a crumbly dough.
Wrap the dough and let rest for 30 minutes in the fridge.
How to prepare:
Preheat the oven to 220°C/425°F (fan oven 200°C/395°F).
Divide 2/3 part of the dough over a large baking sheet and push a little together.
Mix quark with lemon juice, sugar, raisins, vanilla pudding powder and egg to a smooth mass.
Divide over the dough and crumble the rest of the dough over the quark.
Bake the cake 40-50 minutes.
