School cakeIngredients:450 gr wheat flour350 gr butter or margarine225 gr chopped nuts350 gr raisins225 gr honeyjuice of 3 oranges4 eggs

How to prepare:Preheat the oven to 180°C/360°F (fan oven 160°C/310°F).Put the flour in a bowl and crumble the butter in.Mix with the nuts and the raisins.Melt the honey and mix with the orange juice and the dry mixture.Add, while stirring, the eggs and beat well.Grease the springform and fill with the batter.Bake the schoolcake 1.5 hour.
