self raising flour
40 gr butter

1 dl
milk
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 small onion
2 pineapple slices
100 gr
cooked ham
50 gr
cheddar
1 tablespoon parsley

How to prepare:
Preheat the oven to 180°C/360°F (fan oven 170°C/340°F).
Grease a baking sheet with oil.
Sift the flour into a bowl and rub with the fingertips the in pieces sliced butter in until the mixture is crumbly.
Add almost all milk and make to a soft dough, add milk optional.
Put the dough on a flour dusted working surface and knead well for 30 seconden. Roll it on the baking paper to a rectangle of 20 x 30 cm, about 5 mm thick.
Cover the dough with tomato paste and leave an edge of 1 cm free. Garnish thinly, exclude the edges, with chopped onion, pieces pineapple, chopped ham, grated cheese and chopped parsley.
Wrap, using the baking paper, the dough lenghtwise.
Cut the dough with a sharp knife in 8-12 slices and place the wheels on the baking sheet.
Bake the wheels golden brown in 20 minutes.
