Hot tomato sauceIngredients:1 tablespoon olive oil1 small onion1 garlic clove1/2 teaspoon ground chili pepper1/2 teaspoon ground cumin1 teaspoon paprika powder60 ml dry white wine2 ripe tomatoes1 tablespoon tomato pastedash tabasco1 tablespoon parsley

How to prepare:Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped onion and fry while stirring translucent in 3 minutes. Add pressed garlic, chili pepper, cumin and paprika powder and fry 1 minute. Add white wine and bring to a boil. Simmer for 30 seconden, lower the heat and add the chopped tomato and tomato paste. Let the sauce simmer for 10 minutes. Stir every now and then. Mash the sauce in a kitchen machine or in a blender.Put the sauce back in the pan and season with chopped parsley, tabasco and salt.Spoon the sauce over i.e. potatoes or use as dipping and serve immediately.
