Preparation in advance:Soak the dried chick peas in clear water in a large bowl overnight (or use 175 gr drained, canned chick peas).How to prepare:Wash the chick peas well and cook covered over medium heat 1 hour till they're soft.Drain the peas and add the tablespoon olive oil, chopped onion, cumin and cayenne pepper to the peas in the pan and heat the mixture stirring 1 minute over high heat.Mash the slightly cooled pea mixture in a kitchen machine with lemon juice and at flavour the extra olive oil and pressed garlic. Flavour with salt.Add optional some water, for a less thicker sauce.
