Sweet-sour sauceIngredients:60 ml orange juice60 ml pineapple juice60 ml white vinegar2 tablespoons brown sugar1 tablespoon chili sauce
2 teaspoons cornstarch1 tablespoon water

How to prepare:Mix juices, vinegar, sugar and chili sauce in a sauce pan.Keep stirring over medium heat, till the sugar is dissolved.Mix cornstarch and water in a bowl and add, while stirring, to the mixture in the pan.Let the mixture. while stirring, bind over medium heat.Lower the heat and simmer for 2 minutes.Put the sauce in a bowl to cool.Serve warm or at room temperature.
