Chicken soupIngredients:1.5 liter water3 cubes chicken soup base2 chicken breastparsley or chives

How to prepare:Bring the water to a boil. Add chicken soup base tablets and brests and simmer for 15 minutes (no need to letting boil) . Remove the chicken breasts.Sift the soup into another pan and bring to a boil again.Cut or tear the chicken breast in pieces .Add the chicken to the soup and season with chopped parsley or chives.Simmer for some minutes.
Variation:add a can (sliced) bamboo shoots or soup pasta.
