Fast tomato soupIngredients:1 liter water4 herbs bouillon cubes1 onion2 garlic cloves2 can peeled tomatoes0.5 liter sifted tomatoes2 large tbsps cornstarch200 gr ground beef(or ground steak)peppersalt(chives) |

How to prepare:Bring the water with bouillon (broth) cubes, sliced onion and squeezed garlic cloves to a boil. Cook 10 minutes.Stir the cornstarch loose with some water. Add, while stirring well, to the soup. Cook a minute. Squeeze the peeled tomatoes to smaller pieces and add the complete contents of the cans and the sifted tomatoes to the soup.Bring the soup to a boil. Add pepper and salt at flavour or add half a bouillon cube .Roll small meatballs of the steak or beef.Remove the pan from the heat and add the meatballs. Let rest 5 minutes to let the balls get hot. Garnish the plates optional with chives .Delicious with French bread.
