Melon and ham cocktail


Ingredients:

2 small melons

100 gr convert conversionparma ham

1 small mango

 

125 gr convert conversionsour cream

2 tablespoons ginger syrup

6 tablespoons red port

How to prepare:

Half the melons, remove the seeds. Loosen the pulp with a teaspoon and put in a bowl.

Cut the parma ham in strips.

Peel and dice the mango.

Mix melon, ham and mango and divide over the melon halves.

Make a sauce of the sour cream, ginger syrup and red port. Divide over the fruit.

Serve chilled.

 

(If you can't get small melons, use a larger one and quarter.)
