Papaya (papaw) with ham and cheese crèmeIngredients:1/2 cup sour cream3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese1 teaspoon paprika powdersaltpepper1 large ripe papaya100 gr air dried ham

How to prepare:Mix the sour cream, grated cheese, paprika powder, salt and pepper in a bowl. Put the mixture in a piping bag with a star opening.Cut the papaya in 4 segments and remove the seeds.Divide the papaya over 4 plates.Garnish with thinly sliced ham and top the papaya with the cheese cream.
