Powder the cake pan before adding the dough with some breadcrumbs (butter first), the pie will come out more easily.Sprinkle the bottom of fruit pies with breadcrumbs before garnishing with the fruits: it will absorbe some of the juice.
Breaded meat:Beat the seasoning and a tablespoon water with the egg: that way you'll spice the meat evenly. Spread breadcrumbs widely on a plate and coat all sides of the meat.
